My stay at Hacienda Santa Cruz Merida was pleasant overall. The grounds are beautifully maintained and provide a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. I enjoyed the complimentary bikes and the stunning tropical landscape. On the downside, the dining experience was less than ideal, and the service at times felt slow and uncoordinated.
